-The product has been delivered to you later than 7-working days. Our products are normally delivered within 2-working days in Punjab, 3 to 4 working days in Sindh and a maximum of 5-working days in rest of the areas in Pakistan. Simply Pure Shilajit is a Liquid raisin made from years of plant vegetation build-up on the mountain ranges; therefore, it stays fresh and fit for use even after 2-years of storage in room temperature. Simply Pure Panjiri, should be opened within 14-days of receiving the parcel and has a shelf-life of 6-months and should not be exposed to water or other liquids.

-Delivery might be delayed if the courier company’s employee are not able to locate the address, or are unable to successfully contact you on the mobile/telephone number provided. In such cases, we will not be held responsible for a refund.

-In the case of Force majeure – unforeseeable circumstances that prevent someone from fulfilling a contract. Simply Pure PvtLtd, might not be able to deliver the products on time.

-We ensure to send only the very best to all our customers, Simply Pure pvt Ltd employees ensure you get a quality product which is packed with extra care and caution. We secure the product packaging with a sticker seal, if this seal is tempered with or broken, customers can demand for a refund.

Please write us an email at cs@simplypure.pk within 14-days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems immediately.

This refund policy does not apply to physical goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the physical product via Pakistan Post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Simply Pure Pvt ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Any request to return the parcel after 30-days will not be accepted.

REFUNDS (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 working days.

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over PKR 2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
